The staff was friendly and attentive. Excellent facilities and breathtaking views. Fabulous rooms with great interiors. Good service and prompt room service. Splendid resort with spacious duplex rooms and mountain view. Helpful and attentive hotel management team. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Beautiful garden with diverse plants and rabbits.

Conveniently located just 1 mile away, you can easily visit the nearby hot water spring. Don't miss exploring the charming Old Manali neighborhood; it's definitely worth a visit! 🏞️

Had a lovely stay over Christmas. Enjoyed the beautiful views and the wonderful spa treatments. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and great amenities. One of the highlights was the delicious food, with a range of options offered. the staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
There were a few negative aspects to our stay as well. the prices of the activities and services were quite high.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and had stunning mountain views, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, with plenty of recreational activities like outdoor swings and gardens. The location was ideal, close to both the market and entertainment for children. Breakfast was delicious.
For us, it was ideal.

The hotel boasts luxurious amenities and excellent service. the spa and wellness center provided a top, notch massage experience, with top, of, the. We loved lounging in the heated swimming pool, surrounded by lush greenery in the garden area.
The only negative point was the limited dining options available, with the restaurant offering only limited menus for dinner.

The hotel had a convenient location, and the room had a great view. the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the Christmas decorations in the lobby that created a great atmosphere.
The room was very cold, and despite requesting assistance from the staff, there was no heater or central heating system available. the food was often cold and undergoing changes in the menu.

This hotel is a nature lover's paradise with beautiful open gardens that give stunning views of the Himalayas. the staff were extremely helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate with a wide selection, and the food in general was impressive. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped for the winter weather. the hotel also boasted a steam room and plenty of resort activities on offer.
The hotel's location was quite far from the main market, requiring a taxi or auto-rickshaw to get to.
